Dynemech Sandwich Mounts Series DMS
There Sandwich mounts comprise one or more layers of elastomer bonded to flat steel plates. They are designed to with stand very high compressive loads. They are very slim large supporting surface area stackable mounts. The suspended equipment is free to move in all directions. High ratio of axial stiffness to radial stiffness. Very high axial loads.

WORLD CLASS MANUFACTURING OVERALL
MACHINERY EFFICIENCY
TOTAL PRODUCTIVE AND QUALITY MAINTENANCE
To facilitate regular Autonomous Maintenance activities like cleaning, minor repairs and general inspection machines can be installed at the recommended height range of 100 - 150mm. (IMTMA Guidelines for Machines with TPM Features, 2004) Option for machines to be installed even on uneven floors without sacrificing stability. Installation on upper level floors possible without damage or vibration transmission to building structure or foundation becomes possible. Dynemech mounts offer favourable price / performance ratio.
Modern CNC Machines with electronic and digital panels and microprocessors can function accurately only in tolerable vibration environments. Vibration isolation becomes imperative for accurate readings/measurements, operation at ideal speed and good quality control. Total life cycle costs, set up time, adjustment losses, unscheduled down time are drastically reduced.
Dynemech mounts help to tackle the problem of resonance and vibration by increasing the natural vibration period of the flexibly mounted machinery system in impact generating machines and creating a phase difference of vibration frequency in rotating machines. Helps fulfill OHSAS regulations on anchoring fixed machinery to prevent walking or moving.
